La
La, born LaVerne, is by no means new to show business. This multi-talented singer, writer, and actress comes from a family of twelve (12) and happens to be one of three sets of twins. She is the youngest of four girls who were known as a popular gospel singing group from Flint, MI. These young ladies released a gospel album in 1996 entitled, “Introducing Sisters, Vol. One.”
In their infant years they worked with platinum selling gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, The Clark Sisters, Fred Hammond and many other notable artists. La has toured with several musical stage plays including, “Wake Up", “I’ll Meet You Somewhere Over The Rainbow", and “Why Do Good Girls Like Bad Boys.” Hence, birthing the beginning of La’s striving for stardom.
La offers an original gift of passion and soul. She is not afraid to expose her soul to the public through her music. Her brand new flavor of uplifting cords and melodies with realistic experiences bring forth an album that reads like a bestselling novel. La's familiar voice sings to your every emotion.
The true ingredients of a star is, "La."
